Our Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 Days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. we will not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it, for the same items send us as an email info@onthelandandco.com. Refunds refunds will not be given if customer has changed their mind on an item or purchased the incorrect size. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size was sent.
